Nice "Test"

This lil' thing has much potential in it.

The only thing that needs fixing so far are the drums. The snare might need some reverb. Kinda choppy.

The flow of the song conveyed the "blizzard" well. Nice job, man. Were you just testing or is it that you have the demo of FL7 and you can't save?

It's the FL7, right? Didja try out the Fruity Love Philter? I've never seen it before. Sounds like you did use it at one point.

I can't get the vocoder to work, dammit. I'm not that good yet I guess...
Really good use of the Plucked, too.
I can't wait to get my hands on the FL7, too. Not the Demo, but the real deal.

i certainly did use the new love philter, its brilliant for fading and pan effects. nice addition to whats already in FL. basically i just had a play around with the new features. unfortunately my registration key just ran out :( so I'm stuck doing projects all in one go until then. best advice i can give is just experiment, and see what you can do, try the demo to see whats on offer :3 nd i'll agree with you...that vocoder is a real pain to tweak :(

BETA doesn't sound as good a title when it's been used a million times by other people, like Halo3's BETA, etc.

Despite this, it was a nice, tight mix of Arps and Bass. Try the drumloops samples and SLICE em up!

Yes, BETA is overused. But so is misspelling words on purpose in titles of techno songs, so I kinda did it on purpose.

I do need to learn how to slice up some beats, it'd make it more interesting than the generic beats I sequence.

Nice Demo

I can't point out exactly what it needs. The FL Flanger is good, but I'd rather use the Phaser. Did you record the progression or did you use automation clips?

In any case, it's a nice start. Good luck with it.If you'd like, my music is a lil like that. Perhaps you could swing by.

I have the snare used in the crescendos set to Flanger, but the piano is set to phaser. Maybe I need to edit the settings a little. And I used automation instead of recording. My recording equipment sucks =(

Hey, I liked it

This thing had a 2.5/5. What's up with that? The only reason why I'd give it that was if I get overly dramatic about the repetitiveness.

This song would go great with a movie soundtrack or anime soundtrack.

Nice ambience, man. Was that the Formant, btw?

Are you sure it was Blake Reary, 'cause it sounded feminine... then again, I don't have FL7 so I can't really say. It could have been by him, but it wasn't him singing...
